Personal information collected from our online customers is used exclusively by Neptunes Kids Swimwear. The personal information you submit to our site will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties in any form, for any purposes, at any time unless we first have your consent. This information includes, but is not limited to, your email address.

At this time, Neptunes Kids Swimwear ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Neptunes Boutique ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 

At the same time, orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.  We normally ship depending on the time order was received same day or next day.  You will receive a tracking number once order ships.

 

• We are willing to discuss deliveries to other countries, send us an email with the information and we will contact you to go over the delivery.
• We can send International Shipments with payment via Paypal. 
• Neptunes Boutique is not responsible for any duties, taxes, custom charges or other fees tied with international shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and understand these charges prior to purchase. If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges may apply to customer. 
• All International Sales are Final.  No exceptions.  

 

 

 Neptunes Boutique charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. 

 

RETURNS (Make Sure you Read our Policy)

Please note, returned items MUST have original tags attached and MUST be in original packaging in order to receive full store credit.  Due to health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered; will not be accepted and they will be returned to the clients at their own expensIn order to exchange an item, you must advise us within 7 days of delivery so we can assign a return authorization number. This RA number must be written outside of the return package. Any item returned without a return authorization number will be sent back. We must receive the returned items within 7 days from the time the authorization was given, otherwise the return will be voided.

 

• A credit will be given in the form of payment in which it was received only if Neptunes believes it was our mistake, or you may select to receive a credit towards another item of your selection. Unless we made a mistake with your order, you are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges.
• If your order qualified for free shipping, and you return your order, we will substract the actual shipping charges from your credit amount.
• Please note that if you need to exchange an item or send it back for store credit, customer has to pay shipping charges.
• Neptunes Boutique will not be responsible for a return or exchange that gets "lost in the mail." We strongly suggest you send return packages with tracking or delivery confirmation.
• In the event that we do need to make a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the original method of payment.
• Please note that any customer doing excessive returns will be taken out of our clients list and will no longer be able to purchase from us.
• Neptunes Boutique  has no warranty policy.  Once you remove the tags from the items, we are not responsible for any damage.

 

SALE & SPECIAL ORDERS

 

• All Special Orders are FINAL SALE.  (No exceptions).
• SALE ITEMS with a 50% or more, are considered "FINAL SALE"

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you have received a defective item, please let us know within 7 days we will make all efforts to replace it with the same or similar item at no additional cost to you.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed, it can ONLY be cancelled the same day, since we PROCESS PAYMENTS RIGHT AWAY AND ENCOUNTER ADDITIONAL FEES TO PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT. If you feel that you made a mistake, please email us right away and we will be happy to issue a store credit or do an exchange for another item of equal value. IF YOU STILL FEEL THAT YOU MUST CANCEL ORDER, THERE WILL BE A 10% CANCELLATION FEE FOR INSTOCK MERCHANDISE. Cancelled PRE-ORDERS will incur a 25% cancellation fee. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding!

Neptunes Kids Swimwear is a retail swimwear and clothing store, not a manufacturer.  All of our items descriptions and images are precise to the best of our knowledge.  The information on our site is provided by the designer or manufacturer of that particular item.  We are not responsible for inaccurate information provided to us.

Due to the diversity of internet services and computer screen resolutions, some items might appear somewhat different in size, color and texture.

In the event of any dispute, charged back transaction, refusal of shipment, or unpaid balance, Buyer shall be liable for applicable collection fees, court costs and attorney fees.

Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
