Personal information collected from our online customers is used exclusively by Neptunes Kids Swimwear. The personal information you submit to our site will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties in any form, for any purposes, at any time unless we first have your consent. This information includes, but is not limited to, your email address.

Shipping Policy

Neptunes Boutique ships merchandise throughout the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We also ship to Canada, Mexico, and select international destinations.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Depending on the time your order is placed, it will typically ship the same business day or the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

If your country is not currently listed as an available shipping destination, please contact us by email. We will be happy to review your request and determine whether shipping to your location can be accommodated.

International Shipping

International orders may be shipped using approved payment methods, including PayPal where applicable.

Neptunes Boutique is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for understanding and paying all applicable import charges before placing an order.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned by the customer for any reason—including refusal to pay customs duties or taxes—no refund will be issued. Any additional shipping, return, storage, customs, or carrier fees incurred as a result will remain the responsibility of the customer.

All international sales are final. No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted. No exceptions.

 Neptunes Boutique charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. 

RETURNS (Make Sure you Read our Policy)

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all merchandise must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that have been worn, soiled, damaged, altered, or laundered. Any merchandise that does not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Return Authorization (RA)

To request a return or exchange, you must contact Neptunes Boutique within 7 days of the delivery date to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
• Returns received without a valid RA number will be refused and returned to the sender.
• Authorized returns must be received by Neptunes Boutique within 7 days from the date the RA number is issued. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

Refunds to the original payment method will only be issued if Neptunes Boutique determines that the error was ours, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

For all other approved returns, store credit or an exchange will be provided in accordance with this policy.

Unless the error was made by Neptunes Boutique, customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

If your original order qualified for free shipping and the merchandise is returned, the actual shipping cost incurred by Neptunes Boutique will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Return Shipping

Neptunes Boutique is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.

Restocking Fee

If a refund is approved, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund before it is issued to the original method of payment.

Excessive Returns

Neptunes Boutique reserves the right to refuse future orders or discontinue service to customers who demonstrate a pattern of excessive returns or abuse of our return policy.

Product Care

Neptunes Boutique does not provide a warranty on merchandise. Once the original tags have been removed, the item is considered accepted by the customer, and we are not responsible for any damage resulting from wear, misuse, or improper care.

International Orders

All international sales are final. International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit. No exceptions.

SALE & SPECIAL ORDERS

All special orders are final sale (no exceptions).

• All sale items discounted by 15% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item with the same or a similar product at no additional cost to you, subject to availability.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it may only be cancelled on the same day it is placed. Payments are processed immediately, and processing fees are incurred at the time of payment.

If you believe you have placed an order in error, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, offer a store credit or exchange for an item of equal value.

If a cancellation is requested after the same-day window, the following fees will apply:

• In-stock items: 10% cancellation fee
• Pre-orders: 25% cancellation fee

No exceptions.

Neptunes Boutique is a retail swimwear and clothing store, not a manufacturer. Product descriptions and images are provided to us by designers and/or manufacturers and are believed to be accurate to the best of our knowledge.

We are not responsible for any inaccuracies provided by third-party suppliers.

Due to variations in monitor settings, lighting, and screen resolution, actual products may appear slightly different in color, size, or texture than shown online.

Chargebacks & Collections

In the event of a dispute, chargeback, refused shipment, or unpaid balance, the customer agrees to be responsible for all related recovery costs, including collection fees, court costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees where applicable.

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

For your convenience, we also accept PayPal.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

Neptunes Boutique reserves the right to limit the availability of products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities at its discretion.

Any offer for any product or service is void where prohibited by law.
