Shipping policy

At this time, Neptunes Kids Swimwear ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Neptunes Boutique ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 

At the same time, orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.  We normally ship depending on the time order was received same day or next day.  You will receive a tracking number once order ships.

• We are willing to discuss deliveries to other countries, send us an email with the information and we will contact you to go over the delivery.
• We can send International Shipments with payment via Paypal. 
• Neptunes Boutique is not responsible for any duties, taxes, custom charges or other fees tied with international shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and understand these charges prior to purchase. If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges may apply to customer.
